What kind of fabric is yarn-dyed jacquard fabric? Yarn-dyed fabric - called "pre-dyed fabric" in Japan, refers to the process of dyeing yarn or filament first, and then using colored yarn to weave cloth. This kind of fabric is called "dyed fabric". The factory that produces yarn-dyed fabric is generally called a dyeing and weaving factory. For example, denim and most shirt fabrics are yarn-dyed fabric.

Yarn-dyed fabric is generally produced by small jacquard and rapier looms.

jacquard stitch fabric organization name. A kind of pattern organization of knitted fabric, also called "large pattern organization". It is formed by placing the yarn pad on the knitting needle selected according to the pattern requirements and weaving it into a loop. Jacquard organization can be formed in weft knitting or warp knitting, single-sided or double-sided knitted fabrics. The fabric pattern is larger and the pattern is more complex, such as brocade, satin, silk portrait, silk landscape and jacquard quilt cover. Jacquard organization needs to be woven by jacquard loom.

Weft knitted jacquard weaves a jacquard coil row by two or more loop forming systems. Each loop forming system only forms loops on the needles selected according to the pattern needs, and the needles that do not form loops withdraw from work. New yarns are not placed on these needles, and the old loops are not taken off from these needles. The jacquard loops are taken off to the newly formed loops when the next loop forming system forms loops. The three-color jacquard weave of the weft knitted three-color jacquard weave in the figure is woven by three loop forming systems to weave a jacquard coil row. The red, black, and white threads are woven in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd loop forming systems respectively, so that the front side is composed of three color threads to form a coil row, and the back side is composed of two color threads arranged one by one to form a coil row. There are many types of weft knitted jacquard weaves, which can be divided into single-sided and double-sided according to the structure; and single-color and multi-color according to the color. Single-sided jacquard weave can be divided into uniform jacquard weave and non-uniform jacquard weave according to whether the coil size is the same. Non-uniform jacquard weave is widely used in socks and outerwear fabrics.

Double-sided jacquard weave is divided into complete jacquard weave and incomplete jacquard weave according to the structure. In each loop system, the weave formed by all the needle disc needles participating in the weaving of the reverse coil is called complete jacquard weave, and the weave formed by the needle disc needles participating in the weaving one by one is called incomplete jacquard weave. Incomplete jacquard weave is often used in production. The fabric has clear flower shape, stable structure, small extensibility and looseness. The flower shape of weft knitted jacquard weave can be arbitrarily changed within a certain range, and is widely used in various outerwear and decorative items.

Warp knitted jacquard weave refers to the weave formed by elongated coils without padding and undoing of some needles during the weaving process of the warp knitting machine. When forming this kind of structure, the comb bar is not completely threaded, and the knitting needles corresponding to the empty yarn guide needles are not padded and closed, so that the new yarn is not padded on these knitting needles, and the old coils are not removed from these knitting needles, thus forming elongated coils. The warp knitting jacquard structure often uses a pattern pressing plate to prevent the selected knitting needles from closing. The notch of the pattern pressing plate must correspond to the empty yarn guide needles in the comb bar, and the pattern pressing plate must cooperate with the comb bar and move horizontally together. Warp knitting jacquard structure is widely used in clothing and decorative items.

Working principle:

On the jacquard machine, the pattern plate is put on the pattern tube. Every time a piece of pattern plate is turned over when weaving a weft, the pattern tube is pressed against the horizontal needle once. When there are holes on the pattern plate, the head end of the horizontal needle extends into the holes of the pattern plate and the pattern tube, so that the hook end of the straight needle is still hung on the lifting knife. When the lifting knife rises, the straight needle rises with it, and the heald is lifted up through the first line hook and the through wire. At this time, the warp threaded into the heald eye is also lifted up, forming the upper layer of the shed. A heald hammer is hung in the lower heald ring of the heald, and when the shed is closed, it relies on its weight to play the role of returning the heald. When there are no holes on the pattern plate, the horizontal needle retreats through the convex head and pushes the corresponding straight needle, so that the hook end of the straight needle is separated from the lifting knife. Therefore, the heald and warp connected to the straight needle are not lifted, and the warp sinks below to form the lower layer of the shed. Therefore, the movement of each warp thread is determined by whether there are holes or no holes on the pattern plate. The holes on the pattern plate are rolled according to the design requirements of the pattern and organization. Therefore, the movement of the warp thread also meets the requirements of the pattern and organization.
