New yarns are not placed on these needles, and the old loops are not taken off from these needles. The jacquard loops are taken off to the newly formed loops when the next loop forming system is used for loop forming.
There are many types of weft knitting jacquard tissues, which can be divided into single-sided and double-sided according to the structure: single-color and multi-color according to the color. Single-sided jacquard tissue can be divided into uniform jacquard tissue and uneven jacquard tissue according to whether the coil size is the same. Uneven jacquard tissue is widely used in socks and outerwear fabrics. Double-sided jacquard tissue is divided into complete jacquard tissue and incomplete jacquard tissue according to the structure. In each loop forming system, the tissue formed by all the needle disc needles participating in the knitting of the reverse coils is called complete jacquard tissue. The tissue formed by the needle disc needles participating in the knitting one by one is called incomplete jacquard tissue. Incomplete jacquard tissue is often used in production, and the fabric has clear flower shape, stable structure, less extensibility and shedding. The pattern of weft-knitted jacquard fabrics can be changed arbitrarily within a certain range and is widely used in various outerwear and decorative items.
